These terms apply when you order from JUICE & JOY through this website.

Orders

An order is placed when you confirm it at checkout. We prepare food after your order is received. Prices shown online include the online order reward and may differ from the counter price.

Payment

You can pay on delivery or, where offered, online through a licensed payment provider. An order is marked paid only after the payment is verified.

Rewards and credit

Joy Points and referral credit are store credit, not cash, and cannot be withdrawn. Credit can cover part of the food total on an order; the delivery fee is always paid separately. Credit expires as stated on the Offers page. We may cancel credit earned through misuse, including self-referral.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order until we start preparing it. After that, see our refund policy.
